<procdesc>The data was provided in an Excel spread sheet format, which was then geocoded using EGIS's composite address locator. The geocoded results created a point shapefile, which was then reviewed to make sure each point was accurately represented. For the points that were not in the proper location; they were manually placed in the center of the buildings (CB), using the city's georeferenced serial photography (DG_200).
